Hi everyone,
I took the safety course applied at the local DOA office, did the electronic fingerprints and picture and paid the fees. Normally, how long does it take to get your permit?
How long to get the CCW permit?

My son got his in about 3 weeks if I recall correctly, maybe a day or two sooner and that was about a year ago.
I got mine in 7 days, my wife got hers in 6 days.
I know this is an old thread but are there any offices open to make an appointment at besides the Tallahassee office?

Things must have changed big time.
By state law, they have 120 days to process and mail the CCW permit.
I personally have never see a new permit come back in less than three months.
Renewals are totally different, three to four weeks by mail is the norm a a renewal.

I believe the statute reads maximum processing time is 90 days not 120?
