Definitely not acetone. You can try denatured alcohol in an inconspicuous place to make sure it doesn’t fade the sheen of the polymer, but it’s not abrasive and I’ve used it plenty of times without incident.

I haven’t shot a lot of 22 ammo, especially Match grade, but I did use some Eley Match in a Colt 22 Railgun I had and it ran perfectly and it was a bit finicky with ammo to begin with.
